8. Candidate Video Data Retention

Video recordings captured during AI-proctored assessments are retained for a period of 15 days from the date of the assessment. After this period, all candidate video data is automatically and permanently deleted from our systems. This retention period allows for assessment review, dispute resolution, and quality verification, after which the data is no longer necessary and is removed to protect candidate privacy.

9. Data Protection for Recruiters

We are committed to safeguarding the data recruiters and hiring organizations share with us, including job postings, candidate pipelines, and account information.

Recruiter data is stored using industry-standard encryption, both in transit and at rest. Access to recruiter account data is restricted to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis. Recruiters remain the data controller for the candidate data they collect and process through the Platform, and are responsible for ensuring their own use of the Platform complies with applicable data protection laws, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA), 2023. We act as a data processor on behalf of recruiters for candidate information handled through the Platform, and will not use recruiter or candidate data for purposes beyond providing and improving the Platform, except as required by law.
